The information provided will assist Northern Beaches Touch in ensuring all teams comply with the Competition Rules and Representative Player Policy for the 2026 Junior Summer Competition.
Please list all representative players in your team and submit this form by the advertised due date.
If your team does not contain any representative players, you are not required to complete this form.
If a player is coming from another affiliate and they have played JSC previously they are considered representative level players for Northern Beaches and are asked to abide by the current rules in place.
We ask that this form is submitted by August 28th.
